Laboratory
The Laboratory of Experimental Economics (LEE) is a specialized research facility at the University of Economics, Prague, which enables experiments to be conducted in the fields of economics, psychology, and decision sciences. In a controlled environment, we test how people make decisions (for example, in the areas of cooperation, competition, negotiation, or financial preferences).

How to participate in experiments
Join our participant database and receive invitations to participate in experiments. In addition to gaining insight into interesting studies, participants are always rewarded with an attractive financial compensation. Both students and the general public can participate in the experiments.
- Registration: Fill out a simple online form to register in the LEE database.
- Invitations: You will receive offers with the dates of specific experiments by email.
- Procedure: Experiments take place directly in the laboratory and usually last 30–90 minutes.
- Remuneration: After the experiment, you will receive financial remuneration in cash.
The amount of compensation varies depending on the type and length of the study, but it is usually between CZK 200 and CZK 400 per hour. Registering in our participant database does not commit you to anything—it just means that you will receive invitations to experiments by email, which you can choose to participate in or not.
